Delivery
Comfort Connect aims to ship orders quickly, with most orders shipping within 7 days and up to 14 days. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 days after shipment. Customers will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery date and time and by the courier 30-60 minutes before delivery. Returns
To be eligible for a return at Comfort Connect, items must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging with no signs of misuse, and unassembled and wrapped in original packaging for courier pick-up. If these conditions are not met, returns may be rejected. To initiate a return, contact comfort.connect@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a date and time for the courier to pick up the product(s). A £100 courier fee will be applied for pick-up, or the item can be returned to Unit 1 Britannia Mills, Gelderd Road, Birstall, WF17 9QD.
