Q: Can you deliver to my location?

A: Yes, we offer free delivery within 200 miles of our factory in Yorkshire. For locations beyond this radius, we may charge a fee of £50. Please note, if our couriers are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you to cancel your order. If you are uncertain about the delivery fee for your area, please email us at comfortconnect@outlook.com before placing your order.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our average delivery time is between 3 -10 days. Once you place your order, we will reach out to you with an exact delivery date and a 4 hour delivery window. If you need an estimated delivery date prior to placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, we can only provide an exact delivery date the week of the delivery.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept a variety of payment options: Credit/debit cards, KlarnaClearpay (0% interest, paid in 4 installments, with the first payment made on ordering and the remaining 3 installments paid over the next 6 weeks), and cash on delivery (Kindly email us if you'd like to pay via cash on delivery. Please note that this option is not available for all orders)

Q: Do I have to assemble the sofa myself? Can I pay extra for assembly?

A: Our sofas are designed for easy assembly, however, if you'd prefer our couriers to assemble them for you, we do offer assembly service for an additional fee of £20, that will be payable directly to the couriers. If you opt for this service, please notify us via email after placing your order.

Q: What happens if there's an issue with my order?

A: In the rare case that there is an issue with your order, our primary goal is to resolve it for you. This may involve shipping replacement parts or addressing defects. For further information on this please consult our refund policy page. Please note that we do not accept returns on orders that have been customized to specific measurements.

Q: I accidentally provided the wrong address, what do I do now?

A: If you provided the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible. If you misspelled or gave the wrong address, simply email us at comfortconnect@outlook.com and we will ship to the correct address.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel your order without incurring any fees. Should you choose to cancel your order after this period, please contact us via email. Kindly note that cancellation fees may be incurred if your order is already in production.
