Shipping policy

At Comfort Connect, we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders will be shipped within 7 days of being placed, however, please allow up to 14 days for your item(s) to be shipped. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 days after your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been manufactured by our factory, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with the delivery schedule. The delivery schedule will include the date and time. On the day of delivery, our courier will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival. There is a assembly option available on delivery for a small fee, please speak to the delivery driver for more information.
